Booked tickets for Xmas - paid around £350 for two, booked few months in advance... First few months after the booking took place, they lowered the prices - then increased it again... Then in October sent a text message that they rescheduled my departure flight half a day earlier (while I'm still at work) and asked me to call them if I want to change to a different date... Calls are 79p per minute on a 0900 number! What's the point of booking system if it all really means: "whenever we can put you if we have empty seats on overbooked flights" - They should be sued!
