Our flight was from Sofia to Einthoven.
We made online check in one day before our flight (2.07.2013) but the Wizz air desk in the Sofia insisted to charge check in amount 20 Euro per person. We did not have only a print of our check in. We did not find anybody for complaint there so we had to pay 40 Euro for two pages print.
Exactly the place which I paid 40 Euro there was a printer but they did not use it for us.
After coming back we ask for reimbursement this amount back unfortunately Customer Relations Department did not accepted.
I am flying with different companies and I did not see this kind of administration until now.
