extremly bad service and all policy created in order to mislead passenger, earn as muchg money as possible by"extra services", bad ground support on Eindhoven Airport (tehy only receive money for all kind of "fees" but do not help customer in any way).
totaly unfair and not decent complain and claim policy.
It costed me 550eur (I might get back 485 ever...) to:
- try to fly twice
- loos completely retourflight, since I did not leave
- pay "seat protection fee" do not get re-directed, get offered extra services (for the koffers I already paid 20eur/peace, but needed to pay 60 extra tin order to get trhem with me because thay closed koffer check-in earlier...etc.)
