Waiting for 30 minutes for someone to answer my call! And each minute costs a fortune.
They have sent me a receipt without my name on it, and i need it to refund my money.
I wrote like 5 emails and called a dozen times. No contact with anyone from the company - for days now...
This will be the last time to fly with Wizz for sure.
