I've flown with Wizz several times with hardly any problems. But if anything goes wrong, you're on your own, pal! The booking is a nightmare, fees and hidden extras spring up everywhere, like a trap to extort money at every turn. Phonecalls are extortionate, staff quite rude. And whatever you do, don't book an airport transfer - the company totally avoid any responsibility in the event of a late flight/missed bus (an dismissive auto-reply is the best you can hope for). They know exactly what they are doing - taking your money at every turn, making it almost impossible for any recompense. Even the Information desk at the airport says the same: fine if nothing goes wrong; but if it does, kiss goodbye to your complaint!
