The most unpleasant booking procedure ever. Fees fo this fees for that. I feel as if I was surrounded and attacked by a crowd of beggars.
Messed up with the form (wrong genger of one passenger). Well, my fault, but since I had to fill it twice no wonder. The first attempt was unlucky - clicked on a link to get more info about some wierd services and rules. This dropped the booking. Second time I was hurrying.
Ok, to fix the typo you shold either pay 70 pounds or call the call center (77p a minute). Tried the last variant - my operator is not supported. So what should I do?
Avoid such companies. This is my first and last flight with them. Unfortunately there was no better choice available.
