“Great Customer Service”

My husband and I were flying from Kitchener to Calgary in March 2015. Flight was cancelled March 3rd due to freezing rain.
Now my husband is sick man, suffering lung cancer trying to make it home to see his family. If anyone knows the Kitchener airport is out in " No where". Needless to say our daughter drove us there and left due to the weather.
Feeling lost, frustrated and stressed due to the flight being cancelled, I didn't know what to do. My main concern is my husband.
Westjet staff did " everything" they humanly could to find us accommodations, re- book our flight, transportation to and from the hotel.
We truly felt blessed that night.
Thank you so much WestJet, will never be forgotten!!!
