Due to winds our flight from eastern canada to Calgary was late in arriving by 25 min. There was 8 of us with a connecting flight to Saskatoon. The flight was scheduled to leave in 15 min. from our landing. Too bad for us all. We were however allowed to get the next due flight 5hrs. later. No voucher for food or drink. As i sit for the last 3hrs. close to westjet guest services and watch the mingling of westjet staff and little customers. (average of 1/hr.)3-5 services personnel, which i get to hear all about their lives, I think Westjet could use more resources in their scheduling. They obviously scheduled connecting flights toooooo close together. Then don't sell this flight at all. I have had my luggage lost/delayed, also Westjet. Shame that an airline i have taken a dozen times this year has let their customers come second to staff etc. They are right behind air canada for worst service. Too bad there are not more flight options from Delta and United. There, the customer comes first.
