They really care about their customers. I had major issues with a different company and ended up being charged an additional $100 on top of the actual price that I was supposed to pay. I was super upset because I had been goign through a lot and Westjet did their best to accommodate. Even though it was not their fault at all that I was charged an extra $100, they gave me a flight credit for $100 to use on a westjet flight. Super impressed. Thank you, Westjet.
