“Fantastic new Airline Hightly Recommend”

my partner and i have just returned from Iceland, I cannot fault the WOW airline,on both the inbound and outbound h the crew and the atmosphere on board the aircraft. We were all made to feel like individual passengers, and nothing was too much trouble for the cabin crew. the plane left on time, were were offered pillows and blankets, which i have never known before form an airline, and i have travelled a fair few miles by plane. I had originally booked with Iceland Express and then they were taken over by Wow Airline. I was worried that things wouldn't work out - but i got explainatory emails from Wow. As my original flight was no longer running - i was offered alternative flights or money back. I telephoned Wow - as i prefer to speak to a human being - they were very helpful and didn't rush me into a decision. I dealt with Wow airline in the change over period and actually ended up having to take time off work to go to Gatwick Airport to sort out the issue.The e-mail I received for the airline was so bizzare and so I thought I had been scammed as did other people including my Boss. I consider us to be reasonably intelligent. The staff at Gatwick had minimal information about WOW. The flight itself was fine. WOW Air is a new airline flying to and from Iceland. I was nervous of booking them because there was little information/reviews available. But I booked them one way and Iceland Express the other way as the days and times worked for me. Iceland Express cancelled their flight (because they had not sold enough tickets!) so I booked the other way with WOW Air. WOW Air was great - all on time, well run, courteous staff (read more)
