I flew Vueling from Gatwick to Fiumicino and was delayed on the plane for three hours due to the French airtraffic control strike.
While this was beyond the airlines control, their treatment of customers was appauling. The cabin crew gave everyone one inch of water in a plastic cup and that was the extent of their customer care. They did not check with passengers with children, or check on people with medical conditions.
They didn't keep us informed, and did their best to avoid passengers altogether. A enquiry was met with a laugh and a shrug. They did have plenty of time to stand around gossiping though.
Treating passengers with such disdain understandably made people angry and made a stressful situation worse. Vueling have zero concern about their customers and I will never use them again.
