Flew from Orly Paris to Rome and checked and over sized luggage bag (golf clubs and equipment $3500+). Airline said it never made it on the plane in Paris but they would call when it arrived. Customer service is horrific. Finally spoke with someone in Spain who gave a flight number to Rome that the bag was sent. They had confirmation that it was on that flight to Rome (supposedly arrived the next day at 5:30). Airline still says Rome has not confirmed the bags arrival and it has now been 5 days later (including weekend). This airline absolutely sucks and especially the people who serve in the Rome airport. WOULD NEVER recommend. Thank god for travel insurance and I will sue the airline as my travel insurance covers legal aid. Im going for 3X more. Doubt I will ever see my clubs again. What an inconvenience. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
