We flew from London to Vancouver and they lost a bag. The bag was located the next day and flown to Vancouver. 

Four days later the bag is still inside the airport (according to the online tracking) and no one has made any attempt to deliver it and we cannot contact them to go and get the bag. 

No Canadian phone number for Virgin is provided, London is apologetic but has done nothing. The frustration that the bag is located and 25 km away is incredible. 

Anyone can lose a bag but it is how they respond later that is the measure of an airline.
