In the past two weeks my wife and two children flew on VA to Orlando, unfortunately the aircraft was 40 minues delayed due to late inbound from Las Vegas. The lady at LGW check in was lovely. We flew economy there and it was ok, the stewardesses and steward were relatively fiendly. On the return we were in premium, the sets were quite hard and the aircraft rather worn. The attendants were fatter older women than in economy and rather snubbish which is amazing really, would I pay for premium again? yes especially once all of the aircraft have been upgraded. The flight left on the dot of 19.35 and landed extremely smoothly 7 1/2 hours later.
