“Nothing like the advert”

Just returned from Antigua on an old Virgin 747. The seats were the most cramped I have experienced on a flight, the entertainment system was an old tape based one which kept failing and I wasn't served any drinks (not even water) until 20 minutes after receiving my meal. The food was the worst airline food I tasted and the vegetarian breakfast consisted of 4 small cubes of melon, a rice cake chopped in half and a small pot of orange juice. Their ads make them look very slick but it's not the case. On the plus side the crew were pleasant.
