I booked online with Bravo.com for the date I intend to fly and time for family of four. United decides to change our flight time from 5.30pm to 7.05pm without consulting with me first to see if I was happy with new time and just booked me for my new scheduled time. Although I know I booked on line with a different agent, I still expect customer service!

I was not happy with the time, asked for a refund or credit but was denied both. So I ask if I could at least have it reschedule to a different day that suited us since I didn't ask for the changes. But they want to charge us for a whole new ticket, plus charge us for the changes and fees. So that means I would be paying more than double from which I would have pay for the first one.

I have never come across any airline that is so greedy and would do anything to make extra money on their customer when they are at fault for making the changes at the first place. Singapore airline would have done everything to make sure their customers are happy. They would think of the customer first and not inconvenience us or charge them twice!

I would never recommend United to anyone as it is my second bad experience with them. The first time was an international flight from Australia to US, where I was delay for 2 hours and now this!

I would warn anyone who want to fly with United to think twice. Not worth the time or hassle for the service you receive. Not a quality airline, they only look at make money from you when they are the one who change the schedule. They don't seem to understand what customer service means or know how to help customers problems when they are at the wrong.
