This is the worst airline ever, because of the staff incompetence we did not get on an early morning flight even though we were there 2 and 1/2 hours early we had to take a flight that was 10 hours later and missed an event we paid $75 per ticket for. Called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do for us. No one of the three staff at this airline seemed to give a damn about us or offered us any kind of compensation for their error. Will never ever fly with this airline again and I suggest to everyone to also pick any airline other than them!!!!!!!! The employee's are all appalling.
