Horrible expierence! Not only was my flight delayed and I missed my next flight but the employees were absolutley rude! I missed a very important special event due to their latness and laziness! I waited over 10 minutes for a carry on bag! CARRY ON, because they overbooked their flight. Then when I tried asking question in what was going on they were just rude and treated me as if I was an inconvienance to them! Maybe you shouldnt be working in a customer serivice indusrty! Not only was is bad on the way but on the way back home it was just as bad. Just dissapointing.
