After they made a mistake on my ticket, I required a refund. They told me that they were going to send me a credit to my credit card and I received an email confirming the refund. They said I never called. I spent three and a half hrs on the phone with them. I faxed them a copy of my phone bill and email with refund confirmation. They had the nerve to tell me that It was not enough proof that I talked to somebody maybe I was just on hold for that time. I almost cried out of frustration but the money in question was almost $1000. They told me that I was going to get vouchers by email which I never received. This was a year ago, since it is so difficult to get through, I have been procrastinating to call. The last time I called was very stressful and just horrible. I called today since 3pm. I was hung up on three times, I was transferred to the wrong department once, and now when I call their systems are down. I advise you not to use them ever, unless they are no other airlines available.
