This airline flat out Sucks There people on phones in planes at airport all have the who gives a shout about you there Mgt team is terriable they dont have a clue how to run a bussiness I went to San Fran last wk on the way there they cancel 2 of my flights on the way back it was worse I normally fly JetBlue they were book for my dates I will never fly united again There planes are old outdated no room for a person 5"7 or taller Its a joke they have 3 beat up tvs in the aisle of plane that tou cant even see if your in a window seat The flight attendants Just really hate i mean hate people they act like and treat you like shait Never seen anything in my life like them Plz plz i beg you dont put yourself through this Nightmare fly anyone anyone is better than these people
