It is difficult to write anything that I liked. We were sat down and the announcements were made. 'We would like to welcome you aboard this flight uaxxx with a special welcome to our premier and first class customers.' WHY ARE SOME PASSENGERS MORE IMPORTANT THAN OTHERS? This got me to start with. We had 3 flights to our destination and 2 to fly back home, this was the announcement on each flight. Quite clearly they are not the slightest bit bothered about economy class passengers. Unfortunately I did not have a computer before I booked these flights and was booking through a travel agent so did not know they could be reviewed before hand. The truth is this airline are not to be used unless they are the only ones that go to where you want. On the flights the cabin crew showed very little interest in us, they appeared to do what they had to and no more. As on other airlines when the seatbelt sign is illuminated the cabin crew check every ones seatbelt, not on united. The worst thing was when we flew back to Heathrow, they never once asked the window blinds to be raised. This was at 1.15pm ish on Monday 24th June although we were about 2 hours late. This I thought was against aviation law as there were no more than 6 to 10 blinds open. I have travelled round the world with many different airlines and these are the bottom of the pecking order but quite clearly they ignore their reviews.
