Third time straight that united could not make it on time. last time they kept me on the tarmac for two hours, got me to Houston after my plane left for Mexico. Gave me food vouchers for all the restaurants that were closed. Lost my bags for two days. would not deliver my baggage in Mexico after they found it.They lost my refund request and the number they gave me to track the second one can not match to my name.
Even their employees have complained to me.
