I was checking in a couple of weeks ago and I was not happy about the how long we were waiting in the queue to check in as we was waiting for over 40 minutes to get checked in. When I asked the staff at the check in desk to speak to who was in charge of United, a man came along named Huw Forsey and told me he was the 'manager' for united at birmingham. He was RUDE! ARROGANT! And told me if I had a problem to deal with and 'get over it'. I asked to speak to somebody higher and he told me to '**** off'!! NEVER TRAVELLING WITH THIS AIRLINE EVER AGAIN!!
