I fly over 30,000 miles a year on this airline and over the last 2 years I have experienced nothing but problem after problem. They talk about "loyalty" in the advertisements but if you are not 1K, Plat or Gold there is no loyalty to you. I have experienced dirty, old planes, delayed and cancelled flights, overbooked flights, and mechanical problems. 98% of my flights over the last 2 years have had a moderate to severe problems. If you can help it - do not fly this airline!
It is the worst. If you do fly prepare yourselves for problems and long waiting periods in the airport. Travel light and be flexible because you will need to be ready to make alternative decisions at the last moment.
