Tried to use frequent flyer miles WHAT A HUGE JOKE. After jumping through ridiculous hoops for a week. We finally got our "secret" password and account. Then another day to get me on my husbands account. Can't understand a fourth of what the heavily accented operator was saying (really I'm going to book a flight when I can barely understand the person??). Then find out that the fees and mileage they charge are outrageous. 50k miles for a under 2k trip because it somehow is a "special" flight. Nothing different about it folks, regular flight economy seating. Had to beg and give a reason to speak to a manager. Her accent was almost just as bad. BTW the other airlines were two hundred dollars cheaper. DO NOT use united air! I cancel my trip and lost my reservation cost. To stressed out to go, vacations are supposed to get rid of stress not create it.
