I was having major difficulties with some previous flight reciepts that I had booked for my company. May was very open to hearing what I had to say and was very considerate and willing to suggest many options for what I could do. She helped me along the way and made sure she explained everything clearly to me so I could understand what the issues were. She REALLY cared and really wanted to help me.
