Really bad airline, they popped us on the plane and left us sitting there for 3 hours whilst telling us the mechanics were trying to find a manual to work out what was wrong with the plane! Not great for a nervous flyer like me!
We then spent 2 days traveling from hotel to hotel what a shocking time we had, ruined our holiday and will most certainly not fly with these again.
Food was also disgusting, customer services will now not send a confirmation letter so that i can claim on my insurance, even though myself and my husband have lost 2 days earnings each!
