“United lies”

United reservation agent reserved my ticket as I had trouble online. Offered to reserve it and waive the usual 25 dollar fee. I agreed. United charged ticket price and the 25 dollar fee. I have called them three times, written them..........they keep saying it will be credited as it's in the agent's notes that it shouldn't be charged. But I've waited beyond the time they promised. No refund. No response. Just lies. How many people has this happened to .... $25 dollars is not worth the time to complain, but compounded by the thousands they must do this to, it's a tidy sum United racks up......nice scam United!
