Can't find worse than us airway custom service. Once you paid for the ticket, they don't care you any more. My flight is at 6pm. Then the service person announced the flight was delayed to 7pm. By the time I arrived at the gate at 5:55pm i was told the flight was gone. They know I checked in, they know they announced the delay, they know they announced changing gate. Because I paid, they don't care me any more. The final call was made after the closing the gate, there is no way you can get to the flight even through you were 20 meters away. Worst airline forever.
