we had saved for two yrs to attend my sisters wedding in vegas,me my husband an two children,we arrived at manchester an we were delayed,this meant we were late arriving in philly to get our next flight to phoenix,so through no fault of our own we were told we had missed the connection and they couldnt get us a flight to vegas for two days.
after explaining we were attending a wedding and had two small children they suddenley came up with a flight that left philly in six hrs.
at this point they promised are luggage would be locked in security an sent on a flight to vegas.we arrived to find they had only sent two bags an they had not been kept safe in philly but sent on our origional flight to phoenix,we were most upset that two of our four bags were missing,containing three bridesmaids dresses and suits and all mine and my husbands clothes.
we were promised it would be sorted,nothing was found an we spent the first two days of our holiday upset and had to go out an try an match with the other bridesmaids,u.s airways ruined my sisters wedding and i would never fly with them again,they cost us a fortune and what was meant to have been a trip of a lifetime was ruined,do not use this company.even after arriving home an its been eleven days we have heard nothing.this company is a load of rubbish and i should have flown direct in the first place because it ended costing us more in the end anyway!
