When I booked this flight I had seats assigned because I have RLS and must have a asile seat because of my legs kicking. In a midle or window seat, my neighbor will get kicked. Today I go to check in and get the boarding pass and learn that they unassigned all my seats for the entire round trip flight. I called Customer service, which is far from an accurate name for the people I spoke with. Any way, I was told that they don't care if you assign a seat, they can change it if they want to, and, I might add, without any explaination. So, I tried explaining my situation to the person on the phone and got nowhere, so I asked for a supervisor. When the supervisor was even worse than the CS rep. She so quickly pointed out that I paid for a place to put my butt, and they can decide where it gets put. They were RUDE! UNHELPFUL and I can promise you this will be the last flight I ever have with a company that practices this kind of deciettful behavior
