So i flew to Nairobi,Kenya from Indianapolis just fine but my trip back was marred with disappointment.I missed my flight; the connections were Nairobi-Istanbul-N York-Indianapolis. The cost of getting a new flight was to pay an amount equivalent to buying a new ticket!I swallowed the bitter pill but the new route was NBI-Istanbul-Chicago and had to take a road trip to get home. Ironically the seats next to mine were empty the whole way!
That's not all, it was meal time and i REALLY needed to go to the bathroom. The hostesses blocked the way to the restrooms. I approached one of the hostesses and tapped her a little on the back to gain her attention as it was a little loud. OMG that was a big mistake touching the brod-she shouted at me and caused a scene. My wife was just astonished at her behavior.I hate this airline; remember CHEAP is EXPENSIVE.
