I know, I should be putting the effort to discuss in detail the long list of the terrible things with this airlines.

However I am in that state of mind where you just feel sick to your stomach when you just hear the name of this company.

Just trust me and stay away from this airlines, and save yourself from the long hours of hassle, frustration, stress and headaches you will experience.

THY won best europpean airlines reward this year so can not be that bad!!!

I totally agree with the complaint. They are by far the worst airline! I traveled with many airlines and this airline is truly the worst. I have no idea how they won the best European airlines. I am not sure what was the questionnaire all about and who were the people that were surveyed but all what I know, that out of the 18 million travelers they asked, I was not one of them and I traveled with them on 8 sectors business class.
That tells you something about this wonderful survey
