Have never been so disappointed and frustrated in all my travels. Flew Sydney to Melbourne and was 4 kg over my weight in baggage and was charged $80! While my wife lost her bag on a connecting flight and then when flying tiger after pre paying baggage was unable to get the money back... The last straw was when we called to add luggage weight for our return flight and we were on hold for 38 minutes, then expressed our frustrations to the rep who HUNG UP on us!!! After calling back we finally got a less than pleasant man who was rude, unprofessional and down right rude. Will never fly tiger again and recommend only the you avoid flying this disgraceful airline and their representatives at all costs!
