Thomson aircraft, service

I either fly KLM visit family or Thomson for holidays, however this will be changing, while KLM have plenty of room for their passengers, I feel the Thomson aircraft are more like a cattle market where they reduce the size of the seat distance just to squeeze a extra few seats on - yes I know the more money the airline makes the more happier its investors are, though there has to be a comfort issue where the customer is not feeling trapped in their seat throughout the flight.
Next thing is if you want to ensure you sit together on the flight you have to pay for the seats separately which on our last flight came to just under £40 and this just limits you to the specific seats you may not be happy with. So now we have uncomfortable seats that we have had to pay for because we want to sit together.
Next is the food - or lack of it I should say -that is if you want to fork out a arm and a leg for a bacon roll, or £5+ for 2 teas (I mean it is a cup of tea not a bottle of wine- no wine is a lot more again), We only take our own food now.
Finally the entertainment....... We have airliners with headphone jacks in them but cant watch any films or comedy on the dropdown monitors except for a constant re run of where our plane NOW above the Country beneath it.

Yes we know they have to make money, but at the cost of making a 4hour flight feel like an 8 hour and as uncomfortable has anything....Make the customer first and you may get more customers by putting them first.

Alas one good thing is Thomson can be cheap, just wish they were a bit more people friendly.
