Just flown back on Monday 8th Aug from Turkey, Having being told twice by Thompson reps not to buy food at airport as its over priced, Get onto plane and ask can i order hot food only to be told you only get to order on the way out but they will come with food later on. About 1hr later food came round as we were sat in middle seats on plane front and back were served first , 4 cabin crew members stood at front of middle seats chatting ( all the time the crew was coming from back plane and getting more food of trolleys) hense when it got to our turn we were told oh we have no food left ! and just to complain on the sheets they had given us to fill in on the flight ! NOT good enough . After having the best holiday ever then to get treated like that with the airline left us with a bad taste in our mouth. Why cant they just add an extra £50 to everyone,s flight and provide everyone with meals and the ability to watch tv ( another thing they have stopped. We have always flown with them in the past and have no idea why the standards have dropped.
