My wife and I flew on flight number TOM 2730 to Paphos Cyprus on Sunday June 10th 2012 We purchased 2 items of food from the new menu which were disgusting The Croque Monsieur and a Bacon Baguette each had a most peculiar taste - nothing like what they should have tasted like and were inedible We feel that you should look very closely at the standard of food now being sold on your flights We shall certinly never buy anything again

Also on both outbound (4 and a half hours) and inbound (5 hours) flights there were TVs in the back of the seats which were never operating
A little entertainment on these flights would have been nice
