I had to pinch myself when I spotted the plane for the first time at the gate to make sure I wasn't dreaming. The plane looked old, and as it turned out it was. On landing in Sanford I got a free shower as water dropped onto me from the locker above ,something they said to do with the aircon.I think more like the gaffer tape holding the plane together had come lose.
staff where not that helpfull ,they had run out of some of the meals so instead of a choice of four we had a choice of two.
We as adults where offered tea/coffee with our meals but our teenager son does not drink these ,he was not offered an alternative. We had to ask specifically for him for a cold drink and even this was such a big effort for the cabin crew.
The seats where cramped even though we where in premium ,the arms of the seats would not lift up so really felt hemmed in,god knows how cramped the economy section where.
The female staff where to full of themselves,no smiles, no happy greetings ,they looked as though it was all a big chore for them. The two male stewards where freindly and could not go out of their way to help you, they where a credit, maybe they should be giving some of the female staff some of there customer relations hints and tips.
The only thing that was any good was the speedy check in on the way home.
In all honesty we do not think it was worth the money we could have upgraded seperately for cheaper.
