PALMA RETURNING TO BRISTOL - 4 CASES CHECKED IN 3 ARRIVED! OK I KNOW THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPEN - REPORTED AS INSTRUCTED. 6 DAYS LATER CASE FOUND WILL BE WITH ME IN THE NEXT 3/4 DAYS - THIS DIDN;T HAPPEN - RING THEIR 0871 NUMBER WHICH COSTS 10P A MIN. AND YOU MAY GET SOMEONE ANSWER AFTER 30 MINS. THEN YOU SPEAK WITH SOME PEOPLE WHO DOESN'T SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH - YES CASE GO ON NEXT FLIGHT, SORRY IT MISSED THIS ONE - I'M NOW 12 DAYS ON AND IT HAS MISSED A FURTHER 5 FLIGHTS - 'SORRY MADAM' THIS ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH AND THEY HAVE NO BACK UP PLAN TO TAKE IT FURTHER OR PUSH THINGS THROUGH QUICKER, AFTER A HEATED CONVERSTION WITH YET ANOTHER CALL CENTRE PERSON (I CAN GUARANTEE THAT I DID NOT SWEAR) SHE HUNG UP!!! WELL THOMSON AIRWAYS WHAT A WONDERFUL SERVICE YOU GIVE AND SUCH AFTER CARE - PLEASE SOMEONE OUT THERE LET ME KNOW IF THERE IS AN EASIER WAY OF GETTING ANYONE TO RESPOND TO ME????

Don't blame Thomson, all cases and check in are handled by their handling agents at whatever airport you use.
Yes Thomson are responsible but they did not lose your case!
