Booked flights to Menorca for 6 back on the 9th of December and the website threw up a technical error message and advised me to check with customer service. It's now the 23rd of December and I have finally got through to someone on live chat, the minimum phone wait was 45 minutes and my house phone battery died 30 minutes in!
Emailed them on the 9th and had a response today advising me to....yep, phone customer service!

Anyway, not impressed with this aspect of TC. I have flown with them several times in the past and the flights have always been excellent. Look out if you have an issue with your booking though as I'm pretty sure there is just one guy on the phones!
