They charged me over £100 to alter a mistake on a middle name I made when booking. They "lost" my suitcase for two weeks on return and I got nothing for the inconvenience - even though I had to buy things that I could not wait for. The leg room is so cramped compared to other planes and the service on board was terrible (as was the food)! All in all not a nice experience!
