went to gran canaria in april and i had to pay extra to book the seats so me and my son could sit togethr.when we boarded we found they had allocated our seats to others so we were told to sit in the two nearest empty seats.when on my return i mentioned the fact that we didnt get our paid for seats i was told that as far as they were concerned we got our paid for seats although they didnt or couldnt check this they were very arrogant with their customer service i was never offered the money back so they actually ripped me off.i would never use them again and overall it was a rubbish service from start to finish pay a bit more and use a better airline.
