“Second class service”

We traveled to palma on a return with Thomas cook flights, we arrived in plenty of time at the airport on august 10 to fly home,we booked our flights on line, when we got to the airport ,we showed the Thomas cook girl ,our tickets .we then was put into a crowd waiting awaiting for ,to show our documents,people who had tickets not from on line were put in different rows,with no crowds,when we showed our documents we were told we only had ten minutes before check out closed,we were treated like second class for booking on line,we came close to not coming home
