Firstly our flight to the canaries was late outward and inward with no explanation or apology from the airline.
The meal was terrible with no English hot meal an option.
We endured without complaint 4 hours of seat kicking and screaming from a young baby and when we commented on this at the end of the journey we were told in no uncertain terms to fly with another airline next time if that was how we felt!!We were only concerned for the child as it was obvious that it was suffering from the pressure to its ears.
The other cabin crew behaved perfectly although we did feel she had warned them about us as the same crew were on the return flight.
