“morning flights are a con”

we payed a lot of money for 7am flight ended up being 1pm flight with 6 hour delay a cheaper flight a 12 hour delay from original time refund extra ticket price.

as it states in booking terms and conditions, flights are subject to change... this could have been any airline. Not just Thomas Cook

Do people actually think airlines like delays, or the Representatives that have to wait also for in and outgoing flights>do you drive a car with faults, or work when you have already done a 16 hour shift. There is such a thing as safety and that is the main reason that airplanes do not fly, or crew can go out of hours. It is not done on purpose. It is actually done for you.
