Got to Antalya airport in plenty of time for the flight to Glasgow. Spent 1.5 hours in the line waiting for boarding passes even though we had per booked seats. Spoke to about 6 Thomas Cook reps who were standing about doing nothing and did add any real value to the process and was told me that they cannot speed up the line as they do not control the check in desks. Then sat in an old beat up 757 aircraft that badly needs retjired with my knees hard against the seat in front and bombarded with crew trying to sell everything under the sun to make more money. Then when we got to Glasgow late we discovered our golf clubs along with 27 others did not arrive. The captain announced on the plane before we took off that they we would be delayed so that they could re-arrange the luggage to make more room. What he should have said was that he was taking luggage off to make the plane lighter. Then no agent for Thomas Cook at Glasgow at 2am to answer any questions. They subcontract that problem to Serviceair. No wonder their stock crashed recently they're a disgrace to the airline industry. Bring on Ryanir to Antalya that will give them something to think about. Avoid this airline if you can.
