First ever time i have ever booked with flythomas....through thomas cook. All i want to do is to be able to get throught to some one who can look at my booking and make what should be a tinee tiny amendmend such as add hold luggasge, which by the way was their fault. First they add it on charging me bothway even thought it was obviously just a single not return flight1
Then they they cancel all hold luggage completely and now i cant get through to anyone who know what their talking about.
i am frustrated, annoyed and ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am actually writing while i am listening to their stupid music waiting for someone to answer. I should have listened to the bad reviews about thomas cook that i have read but went for cheap price over quality. I am not looking forward to my next phone bill.
My sister is going through major problems with them as we speak! I didnt even want to give them one star for this review
Still on the phone............. ...its been 20 minutes and the zillian times ive tried to call today.
