“Never again!”

Flight Toronto to Montego Bay, Jamaica: flight delayed 5 1/2 hours, in one hour increments! Staff pleasant but did not offer any explanation for the delay. "Upgraded" seats EXTREMELY uncomfortable!! "Meal" disgusting! I will never fly with Thomas Cook, no matter what the $ savings!
