I booked my tickets in December for flights to Turkey in November. My holiday is to play golf, but can I book my golf clubs on? No, I can't. When I try to put my Booking Reference in, it doesn't recognise it and says there appears to be a problem, speak to one of our operators, but I cannot get through.
One of my party has actually managed to speak to someone at TC and one day he gets told he can book the clubs and seats after the 14th March. No you can't.
When he spoke to them today, they said it's 90 days before travel. Why? I am going on holiday to play golf, I have paid for my seat and I want to book on my golf clubs or there is no point in the holiday.

Yes the website is being updated, but what other company completely closes their website for weeks? I can't get through on the number provided at 10p a minute, can't even hold on, it just says they are busy and call back later.

Last year I was able to book everything at the same time and just today one of my party booked her tickets and was able to book her seat and her golf clubs on successfully on the same flight!

Never, never, ever again will I book a flight with Thomas Cook Airlines. They are rubbish.

Same problem, prepaid for seat selection - flight seat plan freezing for me but I have noticed there are many seats taken so some travellers have acess. Phonecalls taking me round the houses. Fear the worse with the flight. Hopefully I will get me money back!?! Have all the staff been sacked??
