Starting June 27 we spent 3 days in the Lisbon airport trying to get to Barcelona. It's been 6 days since then and nobody from TAP has any idea where our luggage is. It's been one delay, cancellation, and indifferent employee after another. When we arrived to check in at the airport for our return flight on July 2 there was a line with hundreds of people and ONE counter open. Feel free to take your chances if you want to deal with an inept airline with uncaring, impotent employees. We liked Portugal but will probably never return after this horrible experience. This is truly a 3rd world airline.
